Toby has over twenty-four years experience in London residential property development and is responsible for Origin’s real estate activities including acquisition and finance.

During his career he has worked alongside some of the UK’s leading property professionals and has completed numerous multi and single unit developments.

HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION | ORIGIN: WALES

Tim has extensive construction and onsite management experience within the high-end residential sector.

He has produced numerous developments in prime central London, and his primary role is the responsibility of Origin’s construction projects and onsite logistics.

HEAD OF DESIGN & PROCUREMENT | ORIGIN: ENGLAND

Christian brings extensive international property development and design experience starting out at Richard Rogers before working at Candy & Candy.

Specialising in high-end residential projects - he has created unique residences, from country houses in California, to townhouses in London and private retreats in Ibiza.

ARCHITECT | ORIGIN: PORTUGAL

Raquel graduated in Architecture with a master's degree in Interiors, at the University of Lisbon.

Over the last 7 years, she has been working as an architect on high end private residential refurbishment projects in prime London.

PROJECT MANAGER | ORIGIN: FRANCE

Pierre graduated in Architecture with a MArch ARB/RIBA at the Canterbury School of Architecture. He has ensured the delivery of a wide range of high-end projects for private and commercial clients.

He has also been instrumental in the design of several international projects most recently in the UK, France, Switzerland and Middle East.

Esmeralda is our talented procurement manager with an Italian & Russian background.

She has solid experience working with UHNWI customers providing excellent tailored customer service in several languages.
